Piping on the Green — Clan/Society Rules & Agreement
April 10th–11th, 2027
The goal of Piping on the Green is to celebrate the music, crafts, and heritage of the Celtic people by providing our guests with a fun-filled family experience that educates, entertains, and creates lifelong memories.
The quality of our visitors' experience is important to us, and we're committed to working with Clans and Societies to ensure a positive experience at Piping on the Green.
The Piping on the Green Committee does not guarantee a specific number of attendees for this event. There are no refunds, including but not limited to weather or Acts of God.
By signing this contract, the Clan/Society convener agrees to the following:
Pay the specified booth rental fee of $50.00 for a 10' × 10' booth space. Tents and tables must be provided by the Clan/Society. Early Bird Special: Save $15 — just $35 if paid before November 30th.
All applications and applicable fees must be submitted no later than February 28th.
Any materials deemed obscene, dangerous, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate for a family-friendly environment are strictly prohibited from sale, promotion, display, or advertisement in any form. Piping on the Green reserves the right to remove any item deemed unsuitable for the event.
No alcohol sales, drugs, or firearms are permitted.
Clans/Societies may not sponsor raffles or sell food or beverages. Membership fees are acceptable.
All convener demonstrations and marketing must be conducted within the designated rented space. Booths must be staffed and managed at all times.
Piping on the Green reserves the right to limit clan participation based on official recognition and affiliation, in order to prevent overlap.
All convener property is the sole responsibility of the owner. The City of Tullahoma, Coffee County, South Jackson Performing Arts Center, Highland Rim Scottish Society, and Piping on the Green are not responsible for missing or damaged property.
Each convener is responsible for keeping their space free of trash and debris, both during the event and upon removal of equipment, merchandise, and materials at its conclusion.
Set-up and breakdown times are still being finalized by the board. Official details will be provided to registered conveners in the Logistics Information Packet.
Booth registration is not complete until all rental fees are paid and all required paperwork has been submitted to the Piping on the Green Committee.
