Decision Notification — you'll be notified by email whether your application is approved; the board may follow up with questions before a final decision
Contract & Payment — signed contract and booth fee due within 14 days of approval to confirm your spot
Logistics Packet — sent approximately 2 weeks before the event, covering setup/load-in times, electrical, and other on-site details
